Newton reflector with 750 mm focal lenght and 150 mm aperture for planet and deep-sky observations. With 6" (150 mm) aperture no detail remains hidden. The large aperture allows you to see almost all deep-sky objects. Details of planets are also visible. This reflector is ideal for astrophotography. The extensive basic equipment and the large 31,7 mm eyepieces are guarantee for best image quality. Included in delivery are high quality Plössl eyepieces. The EQ-3 equatorial mount ensures firm grip and can be lead by hand or by optional motor. Celestial objects are thus not lost. The large 6x30 view finder is held by 6 screws, which allow an exact setting. For transportation this telescope is dismantled in two pieces in seconds. The pipe clamps, which hold the tube, have a quick coupling, which can be opened by hand and allow to comfortably remove the tube. The tripod mount can easily and safely be stowed and transported. The Equatorial mount EQ-3 is optimally dimensioned and ensures stable grip during sharp points. The mount allows for tracking by hand or using optional tracking motor. After alignment of the telescope, the tube can be moved with the earth rotation through flexible shafts which are supplied. Celestial objects are not lost. A suitable tracking motor is optional available. This allows for automatic tracking and has a two-axis hand controller. The telescope can thus also be used for astrophotography.
